BANG creations where approached by Posturite, who then asked us to consider the evolving workplace and the blurring of home and offices as working environments. Reflecting on the conditions people faces, identify a specific problem to examine and turn it into a design challenge you wish to solve. Inclusive, physical and mental wellbeing, and environmental sustainability, should be key drivers for your project. Through the iterative development of design ideas, we where asked to establish a final concept that we presented to the CEO of Posturite, Ian Fletcher Price. I chose to design a laptop/computer riser that would be adjustable looking at peoples postures and physical health when spending increasing amounts of times at a desk.
